Building up CUDA 2

To install the SDK:

Enter the directory of SDK.
cd ~/NVIDIA_GPU_Computing_SDK/C

Then run the makefile.

As there are a lot of packages undefined or needed, I researched for the solution, there are the steps I did:

% install glu.h
sudo apt-get install freeglut3-dev

% install g++ 4.3
sudo apt-get install g++-4.3

% figure out IGL

sudo rm /usr/lib/libGL.so

cd /usr/lib 

sudo ln -s libGL.so.304.10 libGL.so 

    -release :     input "make"
    -debug   :     input "make dbg=1"
    -emurelease:    input "make emu=1"
    -emudebug:    input "make emu=1 dbg=1"
